Ention Properties Acheives Record Sale on Chevron Island

The Brisbane-based developer Ention Properties has quietly secured sales of nearly half of its luxury Taringa apartment development Déesse. Three of the eight apartments were sold at its launch, including the penthouse that sits on the top level of the five level building at 79 Swann Road.

DEVELOPER Ention Properties has appointed Contrast Constructions to deliver Ciel Residences, a boutique project in Herston.Construction has commenced on the 13 boutique properties, with more than 50% of the project sold. The expected completion in September 2020.

A BRISBANE developer has unveiled plans for a New York-inspired residential tower on Chevron Island.

Ention Properties has filed plans with the council for Greenwich, a 15-storey tower earmarked for the corner of Anembo and Aruma streets.

Since launching the project in September of 2018, 30% have already been sold including the penthouse apartment and two of the terraces. The majority of purchasers so far have been “young downsizers” searching for luxury, convenience and low-maintenance living —while still having enough space to accommodate young-adult children.

Hundreds of buyers lined up for a new community as demand rises for large apartments and terraces with enough space for families. Launched to the market in September, the marketing team of Ciel Residences have already received more than 200 inquiries from a range of buyers.
