Dion is a founding Director of Ention Properties. His property career commenced 20 years ago, where he managed large-scale international resort developments in the South Pacific.
Dion also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and has considerable experience working in the financial sector. With extensive commercial prowess to complement his real estate acumen, Dion has unsurpassed knowledge of the property industry, inclusive of essential financial reporting practices.
A specialist in project procurement, Dion's expertise ranges from identifying development potential for sales to managing the design and development processes from concept-to-completion.
Dion co-founded Ention in 2013 and has been instrumental in creating more than $100 million worth of premium residences.

Trent is one of the founding Directors of Ention Properties.
Upon completion of his Bachelor Degree at Sydney University, Trent moved into the Labour Hire Industry, where, with a predominant focus in NSW he was involved in a range of high-end construction, remediation and telecommunication rollouts throughout Australia.
As a Director at Ention Properties, Trent's expertise ranges from site acquisition through to managing construction and the timely completion of projects.
Imagining the best possible use of a prospective site and subsequently seeing those dreams come to fruition is what Trent ultimately enjoys the most.
Trent has not only successfully seen $75 Million worth of projects finalised thus far, with a predominant focus now on the SE Queensland market, a further $50 Million in Ention developments are also currently underway at different stages of projected completion.
